① This User Agreement ("Agreement") governs your access to and use of the Blurf application and related services ("Service").
② By using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement.
③ If you do not agree with any part of the Agreement, you must not use the Service.
① Blurf is a virtual social platform where users can interact with AI-generated characters through natural language dialogue.
② The Service is intended for entertainment, storytelling, creativity, and casual roleplay.
③ All responses from AI characters are computer-generated and do not represent real individuals or facts.
① You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
② If you are under 18, you must have the permission of a parent or legal guardian.
③ By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility criteria.
① You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with this Agreement.
② You agree not to:
(a) Upload, share, or generate any illegal, abusive, or offensive content
(b) Engage in harassment, threats, or discrimination
(c) Violate any third-party rights, including intellectual property or privacy rights
(d) Attempt to reverse-engineer, disrupt, or exploit the Service
(e) Use the Service for impersonation or deceptive purposes
① You retain ownership of the text prompts and interactions you create ("User Content").
② By submitting User Content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use it for operating and improving the Service.
③ You confirm that your content does not:
(a) Infringe upon any copyright, trademark, or proprietary rights
(b) Include harmful, sexual, or illegal material
(c) Violate this Agreement or any applicable law
① All rights, title, and interest in the Service and its components (excluding User Content) belong to us or our licensors.
② This includes, but is not limited to:
(a) AI systems
(b) Software code
(c) App design, graphics, and branding
③ You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes.
① We collect basic usage data to maintain and improve the Service.
② Conversations may be temporarily stored for performance, moderation, or safety purposes.
③ We do not sell your personal data.

① Some features of Blurf may require subscription or one-time payment.
② Payment terms are disclosed in the app before you are charged.
③ You agree to:
(a) Pay all applicable fees
(b) Authorize us to charge your chosen payment method
④ Except where required by law, all payments are non-refundable.
① We reserve the right to modify this Agreement at any time.
② If we make material changes, we will notify you via email or through the app.
③ Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
